Clients agree to:

• Review all deliverables before submission to any journal or institution.
• Ensure that all submitted research complies with applicable ethical standards.

The client remains solely responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, and integrity of all research content.

Medizone Publications supports ethical research and responsible scholarly communication.

Clients agree not to use our services for:

• Academic fraud
• Fabrication or falsification of research data
• Plagiarism
• Ghost authorship that violates journal or institutional policies
• Misrepresentation of research findings
• Any unlawful or unethical purpose

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services that conflict with academic integrity or applicable laws.

Clients retain ownership of all original manuscripts, research data, and supporting materials they provide.

Upon full payment, clients receive the deliverables prepared as part of the agreed services.

Medizone Publications retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, templates, internal workflows, software, and training materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We treat all client information and research materials as confidential.

We will not disclose your documents or personal information to third parties except:

• With your authorization;

Any discussion regarding journal suitability represents our professional opinion and should not be interpreted as a guarantee.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medizone Publications shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Medizone Publications, its employees, consultants, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of our services;
• Your breach of these Terms;
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations; or
• Your infringement of any third-party rights.

Our services may involve recommendations or interactions with third-party journals, publishers, payment providers, software platforms, or indexing databases.

We are not responsible for the policies, actions, decisions, or availability of such third parties.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
